We’re sad not to be in school as normal but we will be back to normality soon.
To keep you going over the next few weeks I have set out 3 personal development programme options for you to follow. Select programme A, B or C depending on your current fitness level. If you follow this programme you will develop your fitness in preparation for coming back to school PE, extra curricular club sport and any practical performances you may have if you’re doing SQA PE.
