Here is the next lot of training for you which will last you until we get back to school. Follow the programme that suits your fitness best. If you do find something too challenging at any time then do the easier programme option. Alternatively, if you find something too easy then do the more challenging option. Base what you do on how you feel on the day. As ever if you have any questions please get in touch. Let me know how you’re getting on.
